Geremeev and Mukhudinov disappear in Chechnya like figurants of eight other grave crimes

The "Caucasian Knot" has confirmed information about at least nine resonant criminal cases, in which defendants hide or used to hide from justice in the territory of Chechnya. Ruslan Mukhudinov, accused of the organization of the Boris Nemtsov's murder, and Ruslan Geremeev, a suspect in this case of the politician's murder, could take refuge hide in Chechnya only with the approval of Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov. This opinion was expressed by political analyst Ruslan Martagov.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on November 6, the investigators filed the charge of the organization of the Boris Nemtsov's murder against Ruslan Mukhudinov in absentia. Ruslan Geremeev, a former officer of the battalion "Sever" (North), who was also not detained, became another defendant in the criminal case. In April, it was reported that he was in the status of the suspect. Besides, there were reports that Ruslan Geremeev and Ruslan Mukhudinov left for Dubai.

Lecha Bogatyryov, a defendant in the case of the murder of Umar Israilov, a native of Chechnya, who was killed in Vienna on January 13, 2009, was put on the wanted list by the Austrian Prosecutor's Office. According to the prosecutors, Lecha Bogatyryov shot on Umar Israilov. All attempts of the Austrian Prosecutor's Office to make Russia extradite him have not succeeded, and Lecha Bogatyryov is in Chechnya, the portal "Mediazona" reports.

Shaa Turlaev, a former adviser to the leader of Chechnya, involved in the criminal cases of the murder of Umar Israilov in Austria, Ruslan Yamadaev in Moscow, and the cases of the attempts of assassination of ex-Mayor of Khasavyurt Saigidpasha Umakhanov, Magomed Ocherkhadji in Norway and Isa Yamadaev in Moscow, "quietly lives in Chechnya." This was reported by the agency "Rosbalt" on October 7, 2015.

Ramzan Belyalov and Magomed Mazdaev, defendants in the case of the militants' attack on Budyonnovsk in June 1995, were on the federal wanted list, but lived in Chechnya.
