Investigation into Nemtsov's murder extended until November 28
Vadim Prokhorov, the advocate of Zhanna, Boris Nemtsov's daughter, has reported about a three-month extension of the inquiry.
Boris Nemtsov was killed in Moscow on February 27. Five persons, including Zaur Dadaev, Anzor and Shagid Gubashev, Khamzat Bakhaev and Tamerlan Eskerkhanov, were detained on suspicion of involvement in the murder and put under arrest.
"Currently, investigators deal with performers. I think that they are identified correctly; and there is no doubt that the traces of organizers and sponsors run to Grozny," said Prokhorov. According to his version, the victims help investigators in any possible way, the TASS reports.
The Prokhorov's information is confirmed by Roza Magomedova, an advocate of one of the defendants. "Investigator Tutevich told my client that the investigation period had been extended by three months, that is, until November 28," she said.
According to her story, in the near future, investigators intend to apply for the extension of the arrest of the figurants in the case, the "Interfax" reports.
