Advocate of victims in Nemtsov's case refutes examination results
The results of two biological examinations conducted within the Nemtsov's murder case fully correspond to investigators' version, the victims' advocate has stated, refuting the defence's statement that experts had failed to confirm guilt of the figurants in the case.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on July 20 it became known that Zaur Dadaev, the main figurant in the case, had undergone a psychiatric examination; and doctors found him sane. Shamsudin Tsakaev, Dadaev's advocate, also said that investigators conducted two biological examinations, but both failed to confirm the defendants' involvement in the murder.
The information about the results of examinations, favourable for the defendants, was refuted by the victims' advocate Vadim Prokhorov. He asserts that the outcomes thereof have fully confirmed the investigators' findings; and the suffered party has no questions in relation of perpetrators of the murder. However, Prokhorov gave no details of the examinations; but he treated the statements of the defence advocate as an informational "throw-in", the RIA "Novosti" reports.
Today, Prokhorov has reported that all the figurants involved in the case have already passed their psychiatric examinations, and, like Zaur Dadaev, were found sane, the RAPSI reports.
