Banker German Gorbuntsov agrees to testify in case of Boris Nemtsov's murder

An advocate of Russian banker German Gorbuntsov, a witness in the case of the murder of Ruslan Yamadaev, a former State Duma deputy, has confirmed the fact that the London Police had received a request from Russian investigators for questioning his client. According to the advocate, German Gorbuntsov agrees to testify in the case of the Boris Nemtsov's murder.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on July 23, the "Rosbalt" reported with reference to its source that the investigator in the case of the Boris Nemtsov's murder had sent a request for questioning German Gorbuntsov, according to whom, the persons sentenced for the murder of Ruslan Yamadaev and persons involved in the case of the Boris Nemtsov's murder had talks with "a top-ranking official from Chechnya."

Today, the "Rosbalt" has reported that the investigators in the cases of the murders of Boris Nemtsov and Ruslan Yamadaev have got testimonies against State Duma deputy Adam Delimkhanov and Senator Suleiman Geremeev, an uncle of Ruslan Geremeev, involved in the investigation into the Boris Nemtsov's murder.

According to the "RBC" source, the investigators may be interested to know the names of the persons involved in the talks mentioned by German Gorbuntsov and the details of the very talks, which discussed the plans for attacking his business partner Alexander Antonov, a co-owner of the "Converse Group".

The source has also noted that in July, Russian secret service agents visited in the Bashkir penal colony Elimpasha Khatsuev, one of the persons sentenced for the murder of Ruslan Yamadaev, and tried to persuade him to testify against top-ranking Chechen officials and Senator Suleiman Geremeev. Meanwhile, according to the newspaper, Elimpasha Khatsuev refuses to cooperate with the investigators.
