Advocate of victims refuses to treat Ruslan Mukhudinov as main defendant in case of Boris Nemtsov's murder

Ruslan Mukhudinov, a native of Chechnya, has been for long time involved in the materials of the case of the Boris Nemtsov's murder; however, he is not the organizer of the politician's murder. This was stated by Vadim Prokhorov, an advocate of the victims in the case. According to the advocate, the appearance of the information about Ruslan Mukhudinov is an attempt to distract public attention from Ruslan Geremeev.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that today, the newspaper "Kommersant" has reported on a new suspect in the murder of Boris Nemtsov. According to the newspaper, he is Ruslan Mukhadinov (Mukhudinov), a resident of Chechnya. Till present, investigators have not succeeded in finding and questioning Ruslan Mukhudinov.

According to the advocate, the investigative actions in the Ruslan Mukhudinov's house "took place long time ago." Vadim Prokhorov believes Ruslan Mukhudinov is to be found and questioned; however, Ruslan Geremeev can tell the investigators more important information about the persons, who ordered the crime.

"Ruslan Mukhudinov has long been known to the investigators as Rusik from the environment of Ruslan Geremeev [Ruslan Geremeev is the former officer of the battalion 'Sever' (North) of the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA)]," the "RBC" quotes Vadim Prokhorov as stating. According to the advocate, the information of Ruslan Mukhudinov "may represent an attempt to distract attention of the media and public from Ruslan Geremeev."
