Son of leader of Ingush "Mekhk-Khel" suspected of hijacking a BMW
Khavazh-Bagaudin Aushev, a son of the co-chairman of the Supreme Board of the Ingush public movement "Mekhk-Khel", who was detained by the police, has become a figurant of the criminal case about the hijacking a foreign-made car from the car park of the shopping centre in Samara.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Khavazh-Bagaudin Aushev was detained in the evening on April 24 in the village of Nasyr-Kort of the Nazran District of Ingushetia, and then convoyed to Samara. According to his relatives, when at the ROVD (District Interior Division) in Ingushetia, Aushev-Junior was beaten up.
Today, the Ingush MIA has posted on its website details of the crime, of which Khavazh-Bagaudin Aushev is suspected.
"On February 11 this year, at about 9 p.m., a group of people in the car park of the "Park House" Shopping Centre in Samara, by using violence against a local resident openly hijacked his BMW 528 X-Drive car worth 2.7 million roubles. On this fact, a criminal case was opened under Part 3, Article 161 (robbery) of the Russian Criminal Code," says the MIA's statement.
A preliminary investigation established that the above Aushev-Junior, 28, was involved in the crime – he was put on the wanted list. Currently, he is being questioned by Samara investigators.
