Consideration of complaint of Zaur Dadaev's advocate about non-admission to defence postponed
At the request of an advocate of Zaur Dadaev, a defendant in the case of the murder of Boris Nemtsov, the Basmanny District Court of Moscow has postponed the consideration of the advocate's complaint filed about non-admission to the defence.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Evgeny Gubin was hired by the organization "Committee against Torture" to represent the interests of Zaur Dadaev, the main defendant in the case of the murder of politician Boris Nemtsov committed in Moscow on February 27, on his complaint of torture. On April 13, Evgeny Gubin filed a complaint against the investigating authorities about non-admission to his client during several weeks.
Prosecutor and investigators have found that impossible to consider the complaint in the absence of the defendant, since "the complaint had been filed to defend his interests." The consideration of the complaint rescheduled for May 13.
Let us remind you that Zaur Dadaev pleads not guilty, like four other defendants in the case.
