CTO regime cancelled in Karabudakhkent District of Dagestan

Today, a regime of counterterrorist operation (CTO) introduced in August 2014 has been cancelled in the Karabudakhkent District of Dagestan.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on August 20, 2014, a CTO regime was introduced in the Karabudakhkent District after an armed clash in the village of Gubden.

The cancellation of the CTO regime has been reported by a spokesman of the operational headquarters in Dagestan.
