At trial, Anzor Gubashev and Zaur Dadaev plead not guilty of Boris Nemtsov's murder
At the Basmanny Court of Moscow, Zaur Dadaev and Anzor Gubashev accused of involvement in the murder of Boris Nemtsov have stated that they do not agree with the position of investigators and public prosecution. Both defendants pleaded not guilty.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that today, the Basmanny Court of Moscow has announced the decision to arrest till April 28 Zaur Dadaev and Anzor Gubashev, accused of the murder of Russian politician Boris Nemtsov.
By announcing its decision to arrest Zaur Dadaev, the Court has granted the appropriate motion filed by an investigator of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) and fully supported by a public prosecutor. Judge Natalia Mushnikova has stated that involvement of Zaur Dadaev in the murder of Boris Nemtsov "is confirmed by his confession."
Both defendants objected to their conclusion in custody.
The prosecutors and investigator called the defence arguments ungrounded, and after that the Court granted the motion of the arrest.
