In Ingushetia, relatives of detained Israil Torshkhaev know nothing about his whereabouts
So far, there is no information about the whereabouts of Israil Torshkhaev (Torshkhoev), a resident of Ingushetia, who disappeared on November 18 after detention by unidentified power agents.
"We've received nothing so far, and we don't know where he is," the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was told at the Secretariat of the Security Council of Ingushetia.
Let us remind you that Israil Torshkhaev was detained, according to his brother, Musa Torshkhaev, on November 18.
On that day not far from the Torshkhaevs' house in Nazran an attempt was made on two unidentified persons. "Israil went out to see what had happened," Musa Torshkhaev told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.
At that moment, according to Musa, the employees of the GOVD (Chief Interior Department) and ROVD (District Interior Division), who were examining the place of the incident, were approached by some 50 persons in cars and trucks with guns in camouflage and masks. Musa is sure that they were employees of the Federal Security Bureau (FSB) for the Republic of Ingushetia.
After searching the house, when nothing illegal was found, the people in camouflage put Israil into an armoured Gazel van of milky colour without state license plates and drove him away in an unknown direction. All the attempts to find out where and why Israil was taken away had no effect.
Power agencies of Ingushetia refuse to give comments.
