Ingushetia: earlier kidnapped Zurab Tsoloev returns home

Zurab Tsoloev (Tseloev), who was kidnapped on October 29 from his house in Nazran by armed persons in masks and camouflage, was released on November 5 and returned home. As it turned out, he was detained by mistake.

On November 15, in the city of Magas (Ingushetia), head pf the republic Yunus-Bek Evkurov held a meeting, in the building of his administration, with relatives of some persons, who are in search. Relatives of Zurab Tsoloev were also present at the meeting, the Human Rights Centre (HRC) "Memorial" reports.

As stated in the official release of the press service of the Ingush President, the main issue was raised - the confusion around three young men, namely, Zurab Tsoloev, Ilez and Ahmetkhan Aushev.

The data that these persons are on the search list was spread among the exit police posts. Although, according to Isa Gireyev, Deputy Interior Minister of Ingushetia, there was no need to do it. The young men were indeed several times brought to the police station for prophylactic talks, but they are not involved in crimes.

President of Ingushetia ordered to promptly conduct a service inquiry and report about its outcomes.

Zurab Tsoloev has no idea about what power agencies kept him and where. He and his relatives refused from further comments, the HRC "Memorial" reports.
