Russia grants humanitarian help to Armenia: wheat and sunflower oil

The government of Russia has decided to render humanitarian help to Armenia: 5000 tons of food wheat and 1000 tons of refined sunflower oil. The foodstuffs are already arriving to Armenia.

Armen Eritsyan, Minister for Emergencies, said at the sitting of the government that 9 railway cars with more than 407 tons of sunflower oil have already arrived from Russia to Armenia.

The rest of the oil will be imported into Armenia within the next week; a week later, the wheat will start to arrive.
