Internet account of payment system, where funds were raised for blogger Dudko's wife, is blocked

The account of the payment system, through which funds were raised for the wife of the opposition-tuned blogger Alaudin Dudko, known under nick name ingushetiya_ru, is blocked. This became known from one of his friends - Vanda Khugaeva, who had earlier announced the fund-raising campaign in her blog in Livejournal.

"We met with Madina, Alaudin's wife, six months after his arrest. She told that she has two small children; besides she is pregnant, already close to delivery. Then, we placed on the Internet an appeal to send money to Madina, having described her desperate situation," Vanda Khugaeva told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

According to her story, people responded; they sent donations from many Russian cities and from abroad. "During a rather short period of time we managed to raise enough money for the family to maintain itself for several months. Some people sent money to Madina's bank account. But then bloggers asked me to find some way to help her on the Internet. And I created a payment account on the Yandex," she said.

"It was convenient for me to transfer money from that electronic purse to my bank account, receive it there and give to Madina. Recently I decided to make this operation but faced an unexpected problem: Yandex refused 'to give' the sum from my personal account," said Vanda.

The user's support service of the "Yandex.Money" payment system, where the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent addressed his written request for explanations, answered that Khugaeva's account was indeed temporarily blocked.
The wife of blogger Dudko, who will soon face justice, has confirmed that she still needs money.

"I hope that money from the Internet will be available somehow, as on September 15 I'm allowed to see my husband, and I'd like to bring him something. And we need money just to live. I'm alone with two children, the younger girl is 18 months of age; therefore, I can't go to work," said Madina.
