Blog of Chechen President launched in Livejournal

Head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov is the second president-blogger from the NCFD (North-Caucasian Federal District). Since June 25, he opened his blog in the Livejournal.

So far, Ramzan Kadyrov's blog has two posts only: "I am Kadyrov" and "My city Grozny". In his first message, President of Chechnya calls Livejournal users to dialogue and exchange of opinions; in the second one he promises that Grozny will be "the most beautiful, comfortable and safe city" in the region.

"I'd like very much to make friends with you, share opinions on those or these events. I'm a sociable and extremely frank person," runs the first message in Kadyrov's blog.

The first one among the heads of the NCFD to open his personal Internet blog was the President of Kabardino-Balkaria Arsen Kanokov.
