Woman from Ingushetia fears for her family

Madina Tsokieva, a resident of Ingushetia and mother of Timur and Magomed Tsokiev, who were announced in federal search on suspicion of preparing and committing crimes, asks for help in defending her sons' rights. Ms Tsokiev? herself told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent about it.

Magomed Tsokiev is accused by law enforcement bodies of taking part in the attempt on President of Ingushetia in June 2009.

Earlier, the "Caucasian Knot" reported that on the eve of the New Year's holidays, in December 2009, the MIA of Ingushetia disseminated a statement that Timur Tsokiev was preparing, together with militants' leaders Ali Taziev, Alexander Tikhomirov and Ali Dzhaniev, terror acts in the territory of Russia.

Madina Tsokieva asserts that her sons had been abroad at the time of incriminated crimes and have nothing to do with them.

"Magomed left Russia, together with his family, in March 2009. This fact has plenty of evidences and confirmations, while the attempt on President Yunus-Bek Evkurov was undertaken in June 2009; however, he was announced into search. Timur left Russia in August 2009 together with his family, while he was accused of preparing crimes in the end of December 2009," said Madina.

She is sure that her sons are pursued and accused of the crimes the never committed, because earlier they had been kidnapped by power agents and tortured. They "survived by miracle."
