Ukraintsev: case against Dymovskiy is a revenge of his bosses

Nikolai Ukraintsev, advocate of former militia major from Novorossisk Alexei Dymovskiy, believes that the criminal case initiated against his client is an act of revenge undertaken by his former bosses. His other advocate - Sergey Gubar - notes that the searches now conducted in Dymovskiy's house have the aim "to dig out something serious", as the today's indictment is "very weak". The Novorossisk UVD (Interior Department) refutes these statements.

In the morning on January 28, at two locations in Novorossisk at the same time, employees of the so-called "ORCh-4" (Department for Counteracting Drug Dealing) searched flats of Dymovskiy's relatives - his pregnant common law wife Olesya and his stepbrother Konstantin.

"Olesya, who is in her 9th month of pregnancy, was visited at 8 in the morning by five militiamen and two 'witnesses'. Brave Major Alexei Zhuravel, an employee of the ORCh-4 of Krasnodar, was in command of the operation. By the way, the 'witnesses' brought by him for some strange reason were not even residents of Novorossisk, and their dependence from the local MIA was beyond doubts," writes Dymovskiy's website "dymovski.name". "Olesya told the unexpected 'guests' that she is alone at home with a small child and was just afraid to open the door; she asked them to wait for 15 minutes until her parents come. But the brave guards of order, probably, suspecting Olesya to be an especially dangerous criminal, just cracked the door and rushed into the flat. All the questions about the grounds of the search and requests to present at least some documents remained unanswered. The only thing that Zhuravel stated was that Alexei and Konstantin were suspected of drug dealing."

The authors of the site write that Alexei's PC and several old floppy disks were confiscated, and his stepbrother Konstantin was deprived of two mobile telephones and flash memories. "According the information we have searches of Alexei's relatives will go on and become massive," the website writes.
