Inspectors do not exclude involvement of suspects of Markelov's murder in other crimes

Ilya Goriachev, one of the leaders of the nationalist organization "Russian Image" was detained today in Moscow in the context of murder cases of lawyer Stanislav Markelov and journalist Anastasia Baburova.

According to a source in law enforcement bodies, the earlier arrested Tikhonov and Khasis were also members of this nationalist organization. Its office was searched by law enforcers, who confiscated computer hard drives and information materials. Goriachev's house was also searched, as the "Interfax" reports.

The source has added that the FSB (Federal Security Bureau) and MIA (Ministry of Internal Affairs) possess data about possible involvement of the persons arrested in connection with Markelov's and Baburova's murders in a whole series of other crimes. However, as the "Gazeta.Ru" writes with reference to some sources, Goriachev is already at large.
