The Moscow prosecutor's office has refuted the information that it has recognized lawful the actions of Chechen militiamen in the course of operation aimed to detain Movladi Baisarov, former commander of the "Gorets" (Mountaineer) squadron; in the course of the operation on November 18 he was shot dead, the press service of the Moscow prosecutor's office reported.
