International sports court of arbitration has declined Garry Kasparov's and Anatoly Karpov's suits on unlawfulness of nomination of Kirsan Iliumjinov, President of FIDE, by the Russian Chess Federation for the next term at this position and his registration as nominee for FIDE presidency.
