A year ago, on June 17, 2010, Sapiyat Magomedova, a lawyer of the Bar "Omarov A. S. and Partners" was beaten by militiamen at the Khasavyurt GOVD (City Interior Division) in Dagestan. As at June 17, 2011, in the case on Magomedova's beating there were no detainees and convicted, a preliminary investigation has not been finished yet.
