The suspects of a rape of an underage girl in the settlement of Nartan, Kabardino-Balkaria, state that they had sexual relationship with her by her approbation, Chegem District Department of Interior Affairs reported. The girl’s mother says that the reason for this torture was her being a newcomer and does not deny that her daughter is a “screwed-up kid”.

The Soviet District Court of the Stavropol Territory passed a sentence upon three brothers named Gafurov, who were figuring in the case on engagement in a conflict with Cossacks in the city of Zelenokumsk in November 2010.
