The European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) has accepted a complaint submitted by Nasurdin Rasulov, a human rights activist from Khasavyurt and the lawyer of the public organization "Fighter for Justice". According to his story, employees of the OVD (Interior Division) of Khasavyurt had illegally initiated a criminal case against him.
