The leader of Chechnya condemned participants of a mass memorial event held in a village of the Shali District. Ramzan Kadyrov demanded from his subordinates to tighten the punishment for violation of the quarantine regime. Residents of the Chechen Republic expressed their concern over the above fact.

Law enforcers identified at least 10 residents of Chechnya involved in posts left on the odious Telegram channel "Osal nakh 95", a source from the Chechen Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) reported. One of the detainees publicly apologized for his actions and confessed that he was transmitting information to blogger Tumso Abdurakhmanov. The confession threatens the detainee with serious problems, his fellow countrymen suggest.
