A Baku court has found Ruslan Amirli, an activist of the Popular Front Party of Azerbaijan (PFPA) guilty of petty hooliganism and disobedience to the police. Mr Amirli himself has denied all the allegations and stated that he would appeal against the judgement, his advocate has stated. PFPA leader has called Amirli's arrest "a political order."
