Murtazali Gasanguseinov, a father of Dagestani shepherds Nabi and Gasangusein Gasanguseinov, who were killed in 2016, arrived in Moscow to attend the today’s court hearing on a lawsuit to liquidate the Human Rights Centre (HRC) “Memorial”*.
