This morning representatives of law enforcement bodies carried out search in the house of one of the persons involved in the criminal case of blasting "Nevsky Express" in Autumn of 2009 in the settlement of Ekazhevo, Nazran district of Ingushetia. The owners of the house consider the search unlawful because their exact data was not specified in the order.

On October, 2, the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) announced its verdict on the claim of Azerbaijani journalist Ramiz Najafli. Acknowledging violations of Najafli's rights secured by clauses 3 and 10 of European Convention on Human Rights (prohibition of inhuman or degrading treatment, freedom of expression) the Court obliged the Government of Azerbaijan to pay the journalist a compensation to a total sun of 13 thousand euros.
