Blogger Tumso accuses Kadyrov of cowardice after humiliation of Chechen resident
Ramzan Kadyrov has defiantly humiliated Aslambek Akhmetkhanov, who could not respond to the insult and was afraid to openly conflict with Badrudin Yamadaev, said the blogger, Tumso Abdurakhmanov.
