ECtHR obliges Russia to pay compensation to Chechen woman for her taken-away daughter
The European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) obliged the authorities of Russia to pay 12,500 euros to Asia Gubasheva, a resident of Chechnya, whose husband did not return her daughter after their divorce. The girl stays in Ingushetia, and the local court's decision to reunite the child with her mother has not been executed for five years already.

Azerbaijan claims shelling attack on two villages in Karabakh conflict zone

Law enforcers disperse protesters in Bilasuvar
Residents of the Azerbaijani city of Bilasuvar gathered for a protest action, which grew into a clash with law enforcers. Media have reported on those detained and injured. Quarantine conditions softened in Azerbaijan
Since May 4, Azerbaijan cancelled the permissive system for leaving home, except for the cities of Baku, Sumgait, Ganja, Lenkoran and the Apsheron District. Also, the country has reopened private stores, hairdressers and beauty salons.
