President Aliev: Armenia to compensate for damage to Azerbaijani territories
Today, Ilham Aliev has stated that Azerbaijan will seek compensation from Armenia for material damage caused to the Azerbaijani territories during the time they were under the control of Yerevan and the forces of the unrecognized republic. Six night rioters detained in Yerevan
On the fact of the riots that occurred after the signing of an agreement between Pashinyan, Aliev and Putin, six persons have been detained, including two of them – for beating up the Parliament Speaker, Ararat Mirzoyan. Truce prevents Azerbaijan from developing its military success
A ceasefire agreement did not allow the Azerbaijani army to establish control over all of Nagorno-Karabakh and gave the Armenian side the opportunity to retain part of the territories, Russian political analysts and military experts note. The Human Rights Centre (HRC) "Memorial" welcomed the introduction of Russian peacekeepers into the Karabakh conflict zone, but called the UN intervention a condition for stabilization of the situation.

Court reduces compensation for Chechen resident's death in penal colony
In Grozny, a court obliged the Federal Penitentiary Service (known as FSIN) to pay two million roubles of compensation to relatives of prisoner Sultan Israilov, who died after torture at the Chelyabinsk penitentiary colony No. 2. Aliev's words about Turkish peacemakers contradict Kremlin's position
The statement by the President of Azerbaijan about a joint peacemaking mission of Russian and Turkish militaries in the Karabakh conflict zone was not included into the document signed by Aliev, Putin and Pashinyan on the cessation of hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh.
