44 POWs returned to Armenia
During the Yerevan-Baku exchange of prisoners of war (POWs), 44 of them have been returned to Armenia, but some of Armenian ones remain in Azerbaijan, the Karabakh authorities have informed.

Chechen law enforcers get suspended sentences for illegal detention of Dagestani resident
In Gudermes, a court found Bekkhan Abdurashidov and Aslan Dukaev, former fighters of the National Guard of Russia, guilty of illegally detaining Alexei Kardashov, a resident of Dagestan, who disappeared after the detention. Each of the law enforcers was sentenced to 3.5 years of suspended imprisonment, and human rights defenders consider the above sentence to be too lenient.

Less than half of pupils return to classes in Nagorno-Karabakh
Some schools in Nagorno-Karabakh have resumed the educational process; 11,580 pupils have returned to their desks. The rest of the schools will start working since early 2021, after the damages caused by the hostilities have been eliminated, the Ministry of Education has announced.

Peacemakers intervene in confrontation in Gadrut District
