Law enforcers are bringing two natives of Chechnya detained in Nizhny Novgorod to Gudermes, the Russian LGBT Network has reported. The detention of young people may have to do with their activeness in the oppositional Telegram channel, David Isteev, the coordinator of the Network's emergency help programme, has suggested.

Residents of the villages of Shurnukh and Vorotan, whose houses are in the territory controlled by Azerbaijan, will receive a one-time assistance in the amount of 300,000 drams and monthly payments in the amount of 68,000 drams, reports Mesrop Arakelyan, Armenian Minister of Labour and Social Affairs.
