Azerbaijani migrants living in Germany held protest actions in defence of the rights of activists arrested in Baku after deportation. The protestors called on the authorities of German to comply with their international obligations not to extradite persons at risk of torture and also demanded from the Azerbaijan’s government to release all those arrested after deportation.

The Armenian authorities have announced the start of building the North-South transport corridor, which will link the Persian Gulf with the Black Sea and pass across Iran, Armenia and Georgia. The construction of the corridor was delayed, as Yerevan was bargaining with Baku, Armenian political analysts believe.
