Karabakh villagers complain about regular shelling

State Duma MPs hear Kadyrov's call to extend law on fakes to "Rosgvardiya"
On March 5, Ramzan Kadyrov addressed the State Duma MPs, urging them to expand the law on fakes to assume also liability for false publications about the "Rosgvardiya" (Russian National Guard).
