A court in Slavyansk-on-Kuban sentenced Archbishop of the Russia’s Orthodox Church Viktor Pivovarov to a fine of 150,000 roubles, finding him guilty of discrediting the Russian Armed Forces. That was reported by the “OVD-Info”* human rights project.
