He claims that he was discharged without due treatment; and this has to do with the upcoming journalist's trial on alleged charges of assaulting Rifkat Shabanov, a local deputy from the "Edinaya Rossiya" (United Russia) Party.

The preliminary investigation of the case of oppositionist Bakhtiyar Gadjiev, who was arrested on March 4 in the city of Gandzha, is over.
