At court session of the Moscow City Court, Dmitry Putenikhin, the activist of the Other Russia, has acknowledged the fact that he had splashed water in face of the prosecutor, who represented the public prosecution in the trial on the case of the riots in Manege Square. However, he asked the court to classify his act not as threatening the life of the state official, but as hooliganism. The Moscow City Court left Dmitry Putenikhin in custody.
