Disappeared Dagestani resident found in Kaspiisk IVS
Nutsi Aliev, a 32-year-old resident of Kaspiisk, who was considered disappeared since July 24, was found at the IVS (temporary detention facility) of Kaspiisk; however, no one is allowed to visit him. This was reported today by Maryana, the wife of Nutsi Aliev.
