Rashad Agaaddin (Ramazanov), an active user of social networks, accused of drug trafficking, was sentenced in Azerbaijan to 9 years in prison. More than 70 persons attended the rally against the decisions of the courts of Karachay-Cherkessia that acquitted the policemen accused of killing detainees.
