Shevchenko asks Putin to strengthen control over investigation into journalists' killings in Dagestan
Over the past year, the investigations into the killings of journalists in Dagestan, including the murder of Akhmednabi Akhmednabiyev, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent, have shown no progress. Ramazan Abdulatipov treats information on expulsion of Israelis from Derbent as provocation
Members of the Israeli delegation, who arrived to take part in the celebration of the anniversary of Derbent, had to leave the city because of the actions of Dagestani officials. This was reported by the Mayor of the Israeli city of Hadera. The Dagestani leader has declared that no one forced the members of the Israeli delegation to leave Derbent and that the information about the incident was disseminated by provocateurs.

MoJ prepares to consider possibility for Nadezhda Savchenko's extradition after sentencing
After the verdict in Russia is pronounced, Nadezhda Savchenko will be able to make a claim for her extradition to Ukraine. Advocates of the Ukrainian aviator will have a chance to ask for the extradition of their client as soon as the verdict comes into force.

Nadezhda Savchenko's defence reports on false evidence in her case
At the trial in the case against Ukrainian aviator Nadezhda Savchenko, the court in the Rostov Region has questioned two victims and listened to the written testimony of the third victim. The defendant's defence has claimed a lot of coincidences in the testimonies of the victims and called that fact an "intellectual fraud".
