Residents of Chechnya reports about forcing to participate in subbotniks
Since March 27, Chechnya is holding mass subbotniks (voluntary Saturday clean-ups); and the all-republic clean-up will be held on April 1-30. State servants in Grozny complain about being forced to participate in subbotniks.

Savchenko announces new hunger strike
The Ukrainian aviator Nadezhda Savchenko, sentenced to 22 years in colony for the alleged murder of Russian journalists, handed over a letter that announced the start of a new dry hunger strike, said Mark Feigin, her advocate.

Barinov: harassment of militants' relatives will not help to conquer terrorism
The destruction of militants' houses and the pressure on their relatives sometimes leads to radicalization of many people, believes Igor Barinov, the head of the Russian Federal Agency for Nationalities' Matters. His comment was made shortly after Putin's remark made during Ramzan Kadyrov's appointment the head of Chechnya about the need for enforcement of Russian laws in the Chechnya, where authorities openly threatened relatives of members of the armed underground.

"Interfax": exchange of Savchenko for Russians convicted in USA possible
Nadezhda Savchenko, a citizen of Ukraine, convicted to 22 years in colony, may be exchanged for a group of Russians, in particular, for Victor But and Konstantin Yaroshenko, who are serving their terms in the USA, the "Interfax" has reported with reference to its source. Savchenko's advocate believes this decision to be a way out of the situation.

DFSB: 22 Adygea residents went to fight for IS
The ranks of Middle East terrorist organizations have been replenished by 22 residents of Adygea. Detained parishioners of mosque in Makhachkala are back at large
The parishioners, delivered from the Salafi mosque in Hungarian Warriors Street to the police, have been released. In total, power agents detained no more than 20 people, said a mosque-goer. On March 26, cities and towns of Chechnya held celebrations on the occasion of the Ramzan Kadyrov's appointment the acting leader of Chechnya.
