Two houses damaged after shelling of Martakert

Last night Martakert was shelled from the Azerbaijani side, said the head of the city. According to his version, the shells damaged the power line and two houses.

Second casualty of Yerevan bus blast identified

The second person killed by the explosion in a Yerevan bus was the 55-year-old Ruden Balyan, said the Investigating Committee of Armenia. Investigators believe that Balyan was the culprit of the explosion. Six victims of the explosion are still treated at medical centres.

Nagorno-Karabakh blames Azerbaijan for soldier's death

At night of April 27, as a result of Azerbaijan's shelling, a serviceman was killed, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) has reported today, adding that last night the units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces shelled Martakert and other dwelling settlements.

Action in support of Nagorno-Karabakh was about 50 people strong

Yerevan has hosted a protest action against territorial concessions and deployment of peacemakers in the Karabakh conflict zone. According to organizers, about 50 persons took part in it. Their march in Yerevan passed without incidents, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports.

Armenian special services rule out version of terror act in the bus

The Armenia's Investigating Committee has suggested that the explosion in the bus in Yerevan had an occasional and domestic character. The version of a terror act is no longer considered, the National Security Service (NSS) has confirmed.

Investigators find explosives in passenger of Yerevan bus

Armenian President sees no ground for peace negotiations

The President of Armenia has announced that the country will not resume peace negotiations without guarantees of security. According to Serzh Sargsyan, he is also sceptical about the possibility of deploying Russian peacekeepers in the Karabakh conflict zone. Complaint about beheading of Armenian soldiers filed to ECtHR, advocate reports

Relatives of the Armenian soldiers killed and beheaded during the escalation of the Karabakh conflict filed a complaint to the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR). "Electrozink" states layoff of over 200 workers at closing hazardous facility

Six victims of blast in Yerevan placed under intensive care
