Experts: ECtHR's decision not to affect Merabishvili's term
The decision of the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) on Vano Merabishvili's complaint will be appealed against, said Thea Tsulukiani, the Minister of Justice of Georgia, noting that in this case the above decision may come into force only in 2017.

Two attackers of Navalny in Anapa found guilty of petty hooliganism
The court has ruled to bring two of the attackers on Alexei Navalny, the head of the Anti-Corruption Foundation (ACF), and his staff to administrative responsibility for disorderly conduct (petty hooliganism). The cases of ten Cossacks and one ACF employee have been sent to the Magistrate Court.
