Nagorno-Karabakh authorities announce resumption of refugee support programme
31 statements for financial assistance have been sent to the government of Nagorno-Karabakh by refugees from Azerbaijan. According to the authorities of the republic, the refugee support programme will be resumed in September.

Participants and organizers of tractor march arrested in Kuban
A court has pronounced a decision to sentence Alexei Volchenko, the leader of the movement "Polite Farmers", to ten days of administrative arrest. Other 11 farmers have been arrested for 5-10 days. NAC reports names of attackers on DPS checkpoint killed near Nalchik
