On September 30, the expedition sent by the Russian Geographical Society measured a new mark of the depth of the Blue Lake in the Cherek District at 275 meters. Earlier, the mark of 258 meters was considered as the maximum depth of the lake, the Russian Geographical Society reports.

This was reported by Shakhmardanov pensioners, tenants of the apartment. They ask the City Mayor's Office to resettle them or at least to make repairs in the apartment. During raids, Chechen law enforcers detained at least 700 people on suspicion of selling and using drugs. Later, on September 28, they were brought to the centre of Grozny, where Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov threatened to expel them from Chechnya together with their family members. According to local residents, the number of the detainees also included people, who at the time of the raid could accidentally appear close to the suspects.
