Court refuses to challenge prosecutor in Valery Permyakov's case

Defence of Imam Magomednabi Magomedov claims violation of his rights at SIZO
There were no legal grounds for placement of Dagestani Imam Magomednabi Magomedov to a punishment cell of the SIZO (pre-trial prison) No. 1 of Rostov-on-Don, and the punishment was imposed on the Imam with the purpose of putting pressure on him. This was stated by advocate Dagir Khasavov.

Animal rights activists point to irrelevance of law on animal chipping in Krasnodar Territory

In Sochi, family with three children asks to reconsider court's decision on their eviction
Tatiana Dyakova and Fyodor Dyakov have filed to the court an appeal with a request to review the decision about their eviction to the street from the municipal building because of the newly discovered circumstances.
