Arthur Panov starts new hunger strike
At the beginning of the today's hearing at the North-Caucasian District Military Court in Rostov-on-Don, Arthur Panov, a citizen of Ukraine, accused of plotting a terror act, has reported that he declared a hunger strike on June 25 with the demand to extradite him to Ukraine.

Gukovo miners declare hunger strike
Today, in the town of Gukovo in the Rostov Region, miners of the "Kingcoal" Company have gathered for a new sanctioned picket. They claim that they did not receive their wages. The miners announced that they went on hunger strike in protest.

Russia informs ECtHR about legality of ban on reading Bible in Sochi cafe
Alexei Kolyasnikov, a pastor from Sochi, was supposed to notify the authorities on holding a public event. This was stated by a Russian representative to the European Court on Human Rights (ECtHR) in response to the ECtHR's question concerning the legality of the position of Russian courts which fined the pastor after the collective reading of the Bible in a cafe.

Four advocates boycott court hearing in "Sasna Tsrer" case
