Law enforcers: student in Khasavyurt killed by Valid Motsaev
At a meeting with relatives of a student killed in Khasavyurt, officials from the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) for Dagestan have stated the student was shot and killed by Valid Motsaev, the leader of the Khasavyurt militant grouping.

NAC: Valid Motsaev killed in CTO in Dagestan
In Dagestan, Valid Motsaev, a leader of a militant grouping, was killed in the course of the special operation carried out in the Khasavyurt District. This was reported by the National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC). In 2016, the law enforcement agencies promised to pay three million roubles for the information about Valid Motsaev, the leader of the Khasavyurt militants.

MIA: 78% of Chechen population attend rally in Grozny
