Experts: Azerbaijan unlikely leaves CE
The withdrawal from the CE will deprive Azerbaijani citizens of the right to apply to the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) and will complicate the receipt of Schengen visas, and the authorities will face political and, perhaps, economic problems. HRC "Memorial": photos of killed militants stuck to gate of destroyed Yusupovs' house
Rights defenders have confirmed that in the Kizlyar District of Dagestan, houses of militants' family members were blown up. The house of the Adjiniyazov family was partially destroyed, and the house of the Yusupov family was almost completely destroyed.

Zabolotniy's acquaintance reports delivery 12 mercenaries’ bodies from "Wagner Group" to Rostov-on-Don
Twelve coffins were brought to Rostov Airport with the bodies of the killed fighters of the so-called "Wagner Private Military Company" (WPMC), a female friend of Roman Zabolotniy, who was executed by militants in Syria, has reported today. Zabolotniy was participating in warfare as a mercenary not for the first time, his family friend has told.

Court finds three KBR’s residents to be IS militants

A Chechen killed near border had to join militants, his relatives claim

Chechen resident sentenced for joining a militant grouping
Magomed Dudaev, a resident of the Shali District, was sentenced to eight years of imprisonment in a high-security penal colony for joining an illegal armed formation (IAF) in 2016. According to the law enforcement agencies, IAF members did not show themselves in the past year.

"Novaya Gazeta": Cossack Roman Zabolotniy killed for Syrian oil

US senators condemn persecution of gays in Chechnya
In its resolution, the US Senate Committee on Foreign Relations has condemned the persecution of homosexuals in Chechnya. Senators have also called on the US authorities to check whether the Magnitsky Act can be applied to the persons guilty of detaining and torturing homosexuals in Chechnya.

Ruslan Gvashev stops his hunger strike
Circassian activist Ruslan Gvashev has stopped his hunger strike at a request voiced by participants in a rally in his support. More than 200 people came to the action in front of the court building in Krasnodar.
