Torture Victim Support Day reminds resonant cases in Northern Caucasus

Chechen SC refuses to release rights defender Titiev from custody (+video)

Kadyrov's nephew heads Grozny Mayoralty (+video)

Titiev's defence points to predictability of court judgments

Over 200 people come to consecration of bells and cathedral in Stepanakert
The city of Stepanakert has held a consecration ceremony of three bells and two crosses for the Cathedral of the Holy Protection of God's Mother that is under construction.
