    Court sentences Victoria Budaikhanova, native of Dagestan, to five years of conditional imprisonment
    The Moscow District Military Court has announced the verdict to Victoria Budaikhanova, a native of Dagestan, accused, after her return from Syria, of links with militants of the "Islamic State" (IS), a terrorist organization, banned in Russia by the court.

    Opponent of peaceful negotiations on Nagorno-Karabakh arrested in Azerbaijan
    Aziz Gakhramanov, a member of the "Musavat" Party, was arrested for 10 days after picketing against the ineffective conclusive negotiations on Nagorno-Karabakh which lasted 25 years. Members of the "Musavat" Party believe the persecution of Aziz Gakhramanov is of political nature.
